I’m a results-driven professional with 9 years of relevant successes in the fields of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources – both in conducting and teaching them. I initiated and executed successful strategies to hire top talents for a global company offering solutions to some of the world’s Fortune 500 companies.

I have a Steep Upward Career Growth and Consistent Top Performance in the business and academe. With a unique blend of skills in Project Management, Planning, and Execution, I was also entrusted to handle the Chief of Operations function in an international software organization.

Passion for learning, growth, and helping other driven professionals fuels this mission.

A Content Marketing Certified (HubSpot), I’ve been passionate in Professional Branding, Writing, and Marketing; I won Feature Writing competitions in my early years and received Copywriting training later on.

I’m a Civil Service Eligible and passer of Licensure Examination for Teachers, with Above Average scholastic records – graduated Cum Laude with Bachelors’ degree in Psychology. A recipient of the “Student Council Service Award” for the Arts and Sciences, “Female Student of the Year”, and “Most Promising Speaker”, I also held the President, Vice President, and Public Relations functions in distinct organizations.

If there’s another thing that keeps me always excited, that’s Public Speaking. I often get invited to speak and share my expertise in Recruitment, Job Search, and Career Preparations in universities, not to mention the company’s training I conduct in-house and outside the country. I also organized workshops on stress, time management, and writing for the youth to prepare them for career or employment.

My intense drive to be better and better led to my participation in a company-sponsored Sales and Marketing Training Program in New York City in 2019.

I also finished all academic course subjects for a Master’s Degree with Specialization in Industrial Psychology.
