Maricon is a New York – trained Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) with almost 12 years of success and combined experience in Recruiting, HR, and Training/Teaching.
She’s a former Chief Operating Officer and HR Manager for a global software company with track record of results in strategizing, executing, and delivery of employee programs and services in global Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Labor and Employee Relations, Performance Management and other components of strategic HR Management.
She has a strong achiever pattern, consistent top performance in all industries she worked with – retail, technology and academe – steep upward career progression, and an ability to lead high-value business initiatives.
With a unique blend of skills in HR and Recruiting, Project Management, Operational Research, Planning, and Execution, Maricon has initiated and executed successful strategies to hire top talents for a global company offering solutions to the company’s Fortune 500 customers. She has also trained more than 2,600 aspiring recruiters and job hunters on hiring and job search.

If there’s another thing that keeps her always excited, that’s Public Speaking. She often gets invited to speak and share her expertise in Recruitment, Job Search, and Career Preparations in universities, not to mention the company’s training she conducts in-house and outside the country. She also organized workshops on stress, time management, and writing for the youth to prepare them for career or employment.
Her intense drive to be better and better led to her completion of all academic course subjects for a Master’s Degree with Specialization in Industrial Psychology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila.
