Talentlush was built from applied leadership experience—not theory alone. Its perspective is shaped by work across people strategy, global talent operations, organizational effectiveness, capability development, process improvement, and business operations.
Maricon Hernandez-Santos, MBA, CHRM is a People Strategy, Talent Operations, and Organizational Effectiveness leader with cross-functional executive experience. She is the Founder of Talentlush® and leads its platform strategy and operations. Her background includes prior service as Chief Operating Officer.
Across more than 15 years, she has led and supported people, talent, workforce, and operational initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, including the Philippines and India, within startup, midsize, technology, and globally distributed environments.
Her experience spans people strategy, global talent acquisition, HR and people operations, workforce planning, organizational diagnostics, process improvement, employee-lifecycle systems, learning and capability development, and talent-market, compensation, and benefits benchmarking.
Within a 250+ employee technology organization, she held executive and operational oversight across the company’s non-technical corporate functions, spanning HR and Recruitment, Finance and Control, HSE, Administration, Facilities Management, Legal coordination, and Marketing. Her leadership scope covered 20+ employees through direct and indirect reporting lines.
This cross-functional experience developed a practical understanding of how people decisions, workforce requirements, process gaps, capability needs, costs, risks, and business priorities affect one another—not as isolated concerns, but as connected parts of the same operating system.
Her MBA specialization in Artificial Intelligence adds a contemporary lens to her work in decision systems, workflow improvement, knowledge design, and the responsible use of technology across people and business environments.
