Maricon Hernandez-Santos, MBA, CHRM® is a global Talent Acquisition and HR leader, business operator, and the Founder & Managing Director of Talentlush.

With over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming recruitment and people operations, she has led Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Her experience spans talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruiter development, organizational capability, hiring strategy, people operations, and business decision support across multiple industries and global markets.

She has worked across startup, midsize, and enterprise environments — including organizations supporting Fortune 500 clients and globally distributed teams.

Before founding Talentlush, she served as Chief Operating Officer of an international IT and software company, overseeing Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Administration, and Operations at a global level.
