Maricon Hernandez-Santos, MBA, CHRM® is a global Talent Acquisition and HR leader, business operator, and the Founder & Managing Director of Talentlush.

With over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming recruitment and people operations, she has led Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Her experience spans startup, midsize, and enterprise environments — including organizations supporting Fortune 500 clients and globally distributed teams.

Before founding Talentlush, she served as Chief Operating Officer of an international IT and software company, where she oversaw Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Administration, and Operations at a global level.

Working closely with executive leadership and boards, she led workforce planning, hiring governance, recruitment analytics, employer brand strategy, and executive decision support — aligning talent delivery with both immediate business needs and long-term organizational capability.

She has also led teams through growth, scale-up, and post-acquisition integration phases.
