Maricon Hernandez-Santos, MBA, CHRM® is a global Talent Acquisition and HR leader, business operator, and the Founder & Managing Director of Talentlush.

With over 14 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming recruitment and people operations, Maricon has led Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Her career spans startup, midsize, and enterprise environments, including organizations supporting Fortune 500 clients and globally distributed teams.

Before founding Talentlush, Maricon served as Chief Operating Officer of an international IT and software company, where she oversaw global Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Administration, and Operations. Working closely with executive leadership and boards, she was responsible for workforce planning, hiring governance, recruitment analytics, employer brand strategy, and executive decision support—ensuring talent delivery aligned with both immediate business needs and long-term organizational capability. She has led teams through growth, scale-up, and post-acquisition integration phases.

Why Talentlush Was Built

Talentlush was founded from Maricon’s firsthand executive experience on the hiring and people-operations side of organizations. Across industries and regions, she consistently observed the same challenge: as hiring and career decisions became more complex, the systems supporting them often remained fragmented, overly manual, or disconnected from how people actually think, decide, and perform.

Rather than building another transactional HR service, Talentlush was designed as a platform and ecosystem—bringing together recruitment enablement, learning, decision support, and practical HR technology in a way that reflects real-world constraints and human behavior.

Maricon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Artificial Intelligence, graduating with a 4.0 GPA under U.S. higher-education standards from a U.S.-accredited institution. Her academic background also includes advanced coursework in Industrial Psychology and a Cum Laude undergraduate degree in Psychology.

She holds multiple professional certifications in HR leadership, recruiting, negotiation, and process improvement, and has completed international executive and business programs, including Innovation Norway’s Sales & Marketing Training in New York City, further strengthening her global perspective.
